Can I see the space before I commit?
Yes. Tours are free, and you can book a time online.
Do I need to book a day pass, or can I walk in?
You can walk in. Tours are free, and if you plan to work for the day, you can buy a day pass at reception. Day passes are only available during staffed hours.
Can I try Argil for free before buying a day pass?
You can book a free tour to see the space. To work here for the day, you’ll need a day pass.
How long does a day pass last? Can I stay past staffed hours?
A day pass covers one day, during staffed hours. After hours, the building is open to members only.
What are your opening hours?
Our front desk is staffed at these times. Day passes run during staffed hours.

Where do I park?
There’s scooter parking in our building, and overflow parking for when it’s full.
Are you open on Nyepi?
No. Like the rest of Bali, we close for the Day of Silence.

How fast is the internet, and what if it drops?
Every member gets 50 Mbps download and upload, with a backup line if the main one drops.
What happens in a power cut?
We have a backup generator, so you can keep working.
Can I take calls at my desk?
Soft talking is fine at the desks. For calls or anything louder, use one of our phone booths or book a meeting room.
Are the desks and chairs comfortable for a full day?
Yes. Every desk adjusts to standing height, and every chair is ergonomic.
Is there somewhere to leave my things?
Every desk at Argil is a dedicated desk. We also have free lockers, available on a first come, first served basis.
Are there monitors or other equipment I can use?
We partner with Monis for monitor rentals, delivered the same day. Use the code ARGIL for 10% off your rental.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome when you’ve booked a meeting room. Argil is built around dedicated desks, so guests can’t use the Open Area or the member facilities.

What’s the difference between a day pass, a desk and an office?
A day pass gets you a desk for the day. A dedicated desk is your own desk, every day of your membership. A private office is a lockable room for your team, open 24/7.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Memberships are month to month. We don’t offer refunds or transfers, and we don’t currently offer freezes, pauses or cancellations.
Does a day pass count towards a membership?
No, a day pass covers that day only. If you decide to join, your membership can start the same day.
Can I use Argil as my postal address?
Yes, if you’re a member. Members are anyone with a monthly membership: a dedicated desk or a private office. We’ll let you know when something arrives.
How can I pay?
We’re cashless. We accept credit and debit cards, QRIS, virtual accounts and most other payment methods used in Indonesia.
Can I get an official invoice or a tax invoice for my company?
Yes. We can issue an official invoice and a tax invoice for your company.
Can I register my company at Argil’s address?
Company registration at our address is available to private office members on a one-year term.

Do I need to be a member to book a meeting room?
No. Anyone can book a meeting room by the hour, from IDR 125k.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or ask at reception.
Do members get meeting room hours included?
Yes. Members with a dedicated desk or private office get 5 hours of credits a month. Credits reset each month.
How big are the meeting rooms, and is there a TV?
We have rooms for up to 6 people and up to 12 people, and each has a TV.
Can I host a workshop or event at Argil?
Our meeting rooms work well for workshops of up to 12 people. For anything bigger, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what works.
